I’m starting to really hate Dia boy in tan skin… even if I ordered one for myself, too.
When Soom put him for sale, almost nobody was interested in ordering him. Everyone was babbling, saying stuff like: “Brown tan skin is too much dark for me!I only like bronze…”, “Dia’s face is too feminine for tan!I don’t like it!”, “Soom put no pics of him yet, SO I’m not gonna buy him at all!”, “Soom’s new body is ugly, I wanted the old one!”, etc.
The special order for Dia in tan was made possible thank to a petition I already signed. Only three Dia in tan arrived to their homes by far and I, myself, am still waiting for my tanned boy to reach home (I had to ask for a layaway).
Now I’m seeing a lot of ‘WTB’ threads for this doll. People who snobbed him in the first place are now desperately willing to buy it. This is pretty funny because, according to waiting rooms, almost NO ONE of Us buyers has received him yet. Some offers are morbidly hilarious because you can find people that are offering less money than the price that Soom has stated on their own website. Someone even had the brilliant idea to write that they don’t mind to buy it with a bit of yellowing! Oh my! How could a brand-new doll have some yellowing??? Plus.. How could I ever sell my lovely guy even before seeing him IRL? This is CRAZY!!!! You should have thought of that before. I just can’t imagine how people could sell their dolls even before having them in their own hands.
I hope I will bond with my Dia when he arrives. But, even if I don’t, I won’t sell him for sure.
He looks so cool from owner’s photos. Can’t wait to see him IRL! ç__ç
